New York City - August

Latoya Flournoy, Office of Student Assistance, New York

Recognized by McKenna Crenshaw, Student:
I was struggling to get my parent loan to come through and was close to getting dropped from classes. Ms. Flournoy went above and beyond for me and was able to contact financial aid and get my MPN matched and linked so my loan could come through.

Recognized by Frances Quintana, Parent:
Latoya was an ANGEL today. After trying to connect with a "human" the past two days due to the high volume of callas I was lucky to have her on the other side of the call. I was in high anxiety and she was patient, knowledgeable and provided me all the status of my daughter's account. She gave me her email so I could send her the info needed of the loan. She was so proactive! and called me before I sent her the info and shared an update about the account. No more anxiety! all fixed!

Westchester - August

Kyle Baker, Marketing and Communications

Recognized by Terre' Devlin, One Card Office, Westchester:

Recognized by Rachael Silva, Law External Affairs, Westchester:
The Law School recently completed the launch of a new website. This was a major undertaking spanning 18+ month and involving immense collaboration and dedication by each member of the project team.
