Alpha Phi Sigma
The National Criminal Justice Honor Society
(New York City, Pleasantville) Alpha Phi Sigma is the nationally recognized honor society for students in the criminal justice sciences. The society recognizes academic excellence by undergraduates as well as graduate students of criminal justice.

Criminal Justice Society
(New York City, Pleasantville) 麻豆传媒麻豆传媒檚 Criminal Justice Society (CRJS) is committed to involving students more actively in the field. Active on both the New York City and Pleasantville campuses, we offer weekly meetings, as well as bi-monthly events, for our student members.
Each semester, we invite speakers such as prosecutors, advocates from domestic violence agencies, and police commissioners/chiefs to speak with students, and we also host career panels with a variety of criminal justice professionals. (New York City, Pleasantville) Lambda Pi Eta is an honor society that seeks to recognize, foster, and reward outstanding scholastic achievement, to stimulate interest in the field of communication, to provide an opportunity to discuss and exchange ideas in the field of communication, and to establish and maintain close relationships and understanding between faculty and students.

The National Italian Honor Society
(New York City, Pleasantville) The Gamma Kappa Alpha National Italian Honor Society is a society formed to acknowledge superior scholastic performance in the field of Italian language, literature and culture, and is open to membership at institutions of higher learning in the United States and Canada. The Society encourages college students to acquire a great interest in, and a deeper understanding of, Italian culture, art and history. The organization recognizes outstanding undergraduate scholarship in the field of Italian by awarding annually the Gamma Kappa Alpha Award for Scholarship.
Phi Sigma Iota
The International Foreign Language Honor Society
(New York City, Pleasantville) Phi Sigma Iota recognizes outstanding ability and high standards of students and faculty of foreign languages, literatures and cultures (including classics, linguistics, philology, comparative literature, ESL, bilingual education, and second language acquisition). It is the highest academic honor in the field of foreign languages. Phi Sigma Iota has initiated over 50,000 members since its foundation in 1917, and has created and supported numerous scholarship programs.
Sigma Tau Delta
The International English Honor Society
(Pleasantville) Sigma Tau Delta's central purpose is to confer distinction upon students of the English language and literature in undergraduate, graduate, and professional studies. Sigma Tau Delta also recognizes the accomplishments of professional writers who have contributed to the fields of language and literature. One of the largest members of the Association of College Honor Societies, Sigma Tau Delta has over 725 active chapters, more than 900 faculty sponsors, and inducts approximately 7,000 members annually.

Pi Gamma Mu
The International Honor Society in Social Sciences
(New York City, Pleasantville) Pi Gamma Mu recognizes undergraduate and graduate students who have distinguished themselves as scholars of the social sciences. Academic disciplines concerned principally with human behavior. Pi Gamma Mu considers the following fields to be included among the social sciences: anthropology, criminal justice, economics, geography, history, international relations, political science, psychology, and sociology.
Pi Sigma Alpha
The National Honor Society in Political Science
(New York City) Pi Sigma Alpha has more than 850 chapters in colleges and universities in every state in the United States and one in Canada. Pace麻豆传媒檚 Alpha Kappa Sigma Chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha was founded in 2015. As a student-run organization, members provide leadership in promoting excellence in the study of political science at Pace. Activities include political science events and outreach activities for prospective Political Science students.
Benefits: Membership in an honor society is a worthy distinction in itself, and as a measure of academic achievement can provide a tangible advantage in a competitive world. All Pi Sigma Alpha members receive a certificate of membership and permanent enrollment in the society's membership database, maintained by the National Office. Because Pi Sigma Alpha is a member of the (ACHS), the U. S. Office of Personnel Management allows its members to apply for federal government positions listed at a higher entry-level grade than non-member candidates.
Qualifications: Eligibility for membership is based solely on academic performance. To qualify for membership in the Beta Tau Chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha, students must have:
- Junior standing (graduating seniors can apply for honors this year!)
- 18 credits completed in POL
- Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
Psi Chi
The National Honor Society in Psychology
(New York City, Pleasantville) Psi Chi is the National Honor Society in Psychology, founded in 1929 for the purposes of encouraging, stimulating, and maintaining excellence in scholarship and advancing the science of psychology.
Social Justice and Diversity Interest Group
(New York City) The Social Justice and Diversity Interest Group involves collaboration among faculty, students, and staff to organize events, such as guest speakers, discussions, and meetings, to address important topics and issues relevant to social justice and diversity.
Women in Economics
(New York City) Women in Economics unites economics majors across campus. Connect with other women majoring in or interested in economics at social gatherings or learn about real-world professionals working in the field at networking events.
Science and Math
Beta Beta Beta (Tri-Beta)
(New York City, Pleasantville) Beta Beta Beta (Tri-Beta), the national biological honor society, was founded in 1922 at Oklahoma City University. The society is 麻豆传媒渄edicated to improving the understanding and appreciation of biological study and extending boundaries of human knowledge through scientific research.麻豆传媒 To date, more than 200,000 individuals have enrolled in the society. There are approximately 520 chapters throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. .
There are two chapters of Tri-Beta at 麻豆传媒 - Upsilon Iota Chapter is the NYC chapter and Upsilon Alpha is the Westchester chapter. Although both chapters have their own individual memberships, officers, constitutions, and sponsor their own activities, the chapters also sponsor events and activities together. Most recently, the chapters sponsored trips to the Bronx Zoo, NY Botanical Garden, the Philadelphia Mutter Museum, the Bodies Exhibit and the Van Cortlandt Manor Jack-O-Lantern Blaze.
Chemistry Club
(New York City) We are happy to announce that 麻豆传媒 now has Chemistry Club-Student Affiliates with the American Chemical Society (ACS). The ACS is the largest society devoted to a single discipline, consisting of over 160,000 members at all degree-levels and in all fields of chemistry. Students receive many benefits by being affiliated with The American Chemical Society, including educational material, career information, summer internship opportunities, and discounts on journals. Students also have the opportunity to present their undergraduate research at the annual Undergraduate Research Symposium, which is sponsored by the New York Section of the ACS.
The Chemistry Club hosts different activities that help students apply chemistry to the real word. These activities include guest speakers, tours to local points of scientific interest, including museums exhibits, as well as participation in National Chemistry Week.
The club encourages all science majors to join and become members of ACS.
Kappa Mu Epsilon
The National Mathematics Honor Society
(New York City, Pleasantville) Kappa Mu Epsilon is a specialized honor society in mathematics, founded in 1931 to promote interest in mathematics among undergraduate students. The chapters' members are selected from students of mathematics and other closely related fields who have maintained high standards of scholarship, have professional merit, and have attained academic distinction.

The International Honor Society of Science and Engineering
(New York City, Pleasantville) Sigma XI, The International Honor Society of Science and Engineering, is a scientific research society. One of the oldest and largest scientific organizations, Sigma Xi has promoted a variety of science-oriented programs since its founding in 1886. Its goals are to foster worldwide interactions involving science, technology, and society; to encourage appreciation and support of original work in science and technology; and to honor scientific achievements. Sigma Xi is a society of more than 80,000 scientists throughout the world.

Aphros Literary Magazine
(New York City) A collection of poetry, prose, artwork, and photography submitted by Pace students, faculty, staff, and alumni and run by Pace students, Aphros has been around for more than 50 years.
CHROMA
(Pleasantville) The mission of CHROMA Arts and Literary Journal is to allow students, faculty and alumni of the 麻豆传媒 Pleasantville campus to publish their original fiction, prose, poetry, artwork, and photography. CHROMA challenges traditional styles, structures, and language in order to be innovative. Each issue stands alone as a masterpiece, becoming a fresh start with each semester. The magazine provides a medium through which students can creatively express themselves and free their voices.

(Pleasantville) This award-winning newspaper offers the latest updates and news both on and off-campus.
Saturated Channel
(Pleasantville) SATURATED is a media channel featuring poetry & fiction readings, video film analyses, podcasts, criticism, interviews, Q&As, essays, articles, and more. The channel is housed within the Writing and Cultural Studies department in Pleasantville.
The Pace Press
(New York City) The Pace Press is a student-run newspaper that produces monthly in-print publications as well as weekly online articles and welcomes staff writers, contributors, photographers, graphic designers, and artists to join at any time.
