Forensic Science
Reconstruct the crime scene
Our undergraduate and graduate programs are supported by two strong academic departments, Chemistry and Biology, whose faculty members combine exceptional teaching skills with pioneering published research in their respective fields. They are top-notch professionals in criminalistics, forensic chemistry, and forensic biology, many of whom maintain full-time affiliations with major forensic laboratories of local and federal law enforcement agencies, allowing them to bring you into the field with hands-on internships.
Unique Opportunities
Â鶹´«Ã½ supports active chapters of Beta Beta Beta (the national biology honor society) and Sigma Xi (the national scientific research society), connecting you to active learning communities, enhancing your learning experience, and providing resources for advising and career planning.
Programs
Undergraduate
Is crime-solving your calling? With our BS in Forensic Science, youÂ鶹´«Ã½™ll learn from professionals in criminalistics, forensic chemistry, and forensic biology in our fully equipped facilities, including a new state-of-the-art DNA sequencing lab and specialized laboratories with virtual crime scene reconstruction and forensic microscopy.
Graduate
Our MS in Forensic Science prepares you for a career in one of the fastest growing fields in the country. The programÂ鶹´«Ã½™s science-based curriculum provides the education and professional experience youÂ鶹´«Ã½™ll need to play a pivotal role in todayÂ鶹´«Ã½™s criminal justice system and for a successful future in forensic science.
Success Starts Here
"I was very much drawn to the flexibility of the Master of Science in Forensic Science program at Pace. The networking and career opportunities in the New York City area were also an attraction, and I felt that being in this location would be a contributing factor to my success."
