If you do not have a US Social Security Number, you can send an email to the Office of Teaching Initiatives (OTI) at tcert@nysed.gov with 麻豆传媒淭EACH Access Number麻豆传媒 in the subject line to request a nine-digit identifier to use in the creation of your TEACH account, register for the NYSTCE exams, and for fingerprint clearance. The email must include a PDF-formatted copy of either a valid passport or a valid visa. Please note: If you are an F-1 visa holder, you must have a Social Security Number prior to applying for a teacher's certificate.
