Talent Management Program Opportunities and Experiences

³¢³Ü²ú¾±²ÔÂ鶹´«Ã½™s MBA in Talent Management program provides you with current theory and strategies for talent management practices. The application of theory to practice will enable you to analyze, design, and evaluate talent management systems and processes across the full spectrum of functions. You will gain knowledge of essential areas of human resources: employment law, negotiation and bargaining, training and development, compensation and assessment, recruitment and staffing, and international human resources management. Further, youÂ鶹´«Ã½™ll learn about a variety of functional specialization areas: recruitment, selection, performance assessment, and compensation administration.

Experiential learning opportunities are plentiful. Through the capstone project, you will integrate knowledge from other courses to develop management policies. For the research project, you willÂ鶹´«Ã½”with faculty supervisionÂ鶹´«Ã½”prepare a research document that includes problem recognition, valid data, analysis and evaluation of data, and recommendations.
