Adjunct Professor Diego Scambia was first an associate and then a partner at Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper and Scinto, a New York law firm that specialized in intellectual property law. Prof. Scambia specialized in patent litigation, including �鶹��ý�Hatch-Waxman�鶹��ý� pharmaceutical patent litigation. He represented clients in various industries and worked on cases in diverse technologies, including printer toner cartridges, electrochromic and lighted rearview mirrors, �鶹��ý�ice�鶹��ý� beer manufacturing processes, air conditioning and dehumidification systems, and many pharmaceutical cases involving, for example, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, microemulsion compositions, and modified release drug preparations. He also teaches a class at Manhattan College entitled "The Legal Aspects of Engineering.�鶹��ý�
