Join featured Haub Law professors for an important discussion surrounding the Supreme Court’s decisions on Trump v. United States and how it may reshape executive power, as well as how the Loper Bright case may change the administrative and environmental law landscape.
Moderator:
- Professor Emily Gold Waldman
Panelists:
- Professor Josh Galperin
- Professor Alexander K. A. Greenawalt
- Professor Katrina Fischer Kuh
Lunch will be provided. 1 PD Credit will be awarded to students who attend.
